Chi Lin keeps pace with the latest trends in education, cultivating students’ AI literacy. Working with different organisations we embed artificial intelligence across subject curricula, using multimedia and instant, big-data-driven feedback to make learning more flexible and rich, and more focused on each student’s needs.
English Language
Combining AI, role-play interaction and writing support, with instant feedback, personalised learning and situational tasks, students improve their listening, speaking, reading and writing in a relaxed and fun environment. Lessons also encourage students to converse with virtual characters to train expression, and use AI demonstrations, marking and suggestions to improve their writing content and organisation, building self-directed learning and 21st-century skills.
UX GYM
UX Gym Digital Fitness Hub is one of the youth start-up projects nurtured by the Jockey Club ASCEND Youth Series – ASCEND Tech For Good Scheme, with support from the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust.
As the first Digital Competence Community School, Chi Lin Buddhist Primary School works closely with the Hong Kong Jockey Club, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Gamenoodlesoup team, using the Digital Competence Community School model to promote collaboration between school, family and community and jointly narrow the digital divide.
“Knowing More About IT” Programme
We successfully applied for the “Knowing More About IT” Programme, running Computational Thinking through Finnish Education (junior primary), Food Crisis × VR CoSpaces metaverse coding, and hands-on planet exploration activities for different year groups.
