Transfer Student Application Notes
1. Parents who wish to apply for their child to join our school as a transfer student may apply online (https://forms.gle/FDFX1w2CnTmmRPms6) or submit the following documents to the School Office on 1/F:
a) Completed transfer student application form
b) Birth certificate u2013 copy
c) Most recent school report u2013 copy
d) One student photo
2. The school will call parents to arrange an interview and written assessment at school.
